Are you ready to learn how to safely harness all of your summer crops so you can enjoy them all year long through canning, we are here to help!  We love nothing more than a successful canning season that sets us up with healthy, farm fresh, foods to enjoy all year.  In this class you will learn: 

• how to safely sterilize and prep materials 
• how to prepare the food to can
• how to safely fill jars
• how to process jars
• how to cool and check seals
• proper labeling and storing
• we will also discuss key considerations - recipe essentials, cleanliness is crucial, altitude matters, proper equipment, why we don't reuse lids
