Return and Refund Policy

As a small farm business, returns hurt our cost model deeply. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please email sherry@mitchellwool.com

Privacy Policy

We do not share or sell your information. If you choose to opt in to our email newsletter, you may receive an email from us exclusively up to 5-6 times per year.

Shipping Policy

Orders ship as we are available, within 2 days. The exception being when we are traveling for shows, family togetherness times, or holidays.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours
