Indigo: What is it, why is it so fascinating and also sooo aggravating. For the last almost 1 year, I have been trying to master the Art of INDIGO dyeing. With a trip to Oaxaca and a lot of frustration and hours of help from our good friend Demetrio in Mexico, we have decided it is time to have a one day Indigo retreat.

We will dive into what makes Indigo, INDIGO. We have a saying, “Indigo does what Indigo Is”. The general consensus that we had with Indigo was “Indigo always Crocked”. We have learned that it DOESN’T have to.

Come spend a day with us and see for yourself. You will get to stick your hands right into the Vat while mixing and also get to go home with a few skeins ready to knit, crochet or whatever fiber arts you love to do. Look forward to sharing with you.
